This drawing describes the complete requirements for tantalum chip capacitors. 1.2 Part or Identifying Number (PIN). The complete PIN shall be as follows: 13008 -001 K E S A Drawing Dash Capa
4、citance Termination Reliability Surge current number number tolerance finish grade option (see table I) (see 1.2.1) (see 1.2.2) (see 1.2.3) (see 1.2.4) 1.2.1 Capacitance tolerance. The capacitance tolerance is identified by a single letter as follows: K = 10 percent, M = 20 percent. 1.2.2 Terminatio
5、n finish. The termination finish is identified by a single letter as follows: E = solder plated. 1.2.3 Reliability grade. The reliability grade is identified by a single letter as follows: S = Voltage Aging 1.2.4 Surge current option. The optional surge current testing is identified by a single lett
