This drawing describes the complete requirements for Weibull graded tantalum chip capacitors. 1.2 Part or Identifying Number (PIN). T
4、he complete PIN shall be as follows: 11020 001 K E B A Drawing Dash Capacitance Termination Reliability Surge current number number tolerance finish grade option (see table I) (see 1.2.1) (see 1.2.2) (see 1.2.3) (see 1.2.4) 1.2.1 Capacitance tolerance. The capacitance tolerance is identified by a si
5、ngle letter as follows: K = 10 percent, M = 20 percent. 1.2.2 Termination finish. The termination finish is identified by a single letter as follows: A = gold plated, E = solder plated. 1.2.3 Reliability grade. The reliability grade (Weibull failure rate level (FRL) is identified by a single letter
6、as follows (%/1,000 hours): B = 0.1. 1.2.4 Surge current option. The optional surge current testing is identified by a single letter as described in MIL-PRF-55365 and as follows: A, B, C, or Z. Surge current testing is not available for case code M. 2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS 2.1 General. The documents
