National foreword This document (EN 13146-5:2012 + AC:2017) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 256 “Railway applications” (Secretariat: DIN, Germany). The r
5、esponsible German body involved in its preparation was DIN-Normenausschuss Fahrweg und Schienenfahrzeuge (DIN Standards Committee Railway), Working Committee NA 087-00-01-04 UA “Fastening systems”. This standard is based on the English reference version. Amendments This standard differs from DIN EN
6、13146-5:2003-02 as follows: a) in the foreword, the standard series EN 13146 Railway applications Track Test methods for fastening systems has been completed; b) normative references have been updated; c) reference and alternative methods have been included; d) the conductivity of the water used in
7、the test has been limited; e) the conditioning of the test specimens has been amended; f) the correction factor for water conductivity has been deleted; g) the standard has been editorially revised. Based on EN 13146-5:2012/AC:2017, the following corrections have been made to DIN EN 13146-5:2012-06:
8、 a) a new subclause has been included: 5.6 “Water collection and re-cycling equipment”; b) the first paragraph of Clause 7 has been corrected; c) Key 4 of Figure 1 has been amended. 18、tariat of which is held by DIN. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by October 2012, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by October 2012. Attention is draw
19、n to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent rights. CEN and/or CENELEC shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights. This document supersedes EN 13146-5:2002. This document has been prepared under a mandate given to CEN
20、by the European Commission and the European Free Trade Association. The main changes in this revision are as follows: a) reference and alternative methods are now included; b) the conductivity of the water used in the test is limited; c) conditioning of the test specimens; d) the correction factor f
21、or water conductivity is deleted. In consequence of these changes, the measured resistance may be significantly different from that obtained by the previous method.
