The standard does not apply to theuse of recycled materials, as well as blended(blends), co-polymerized, filled or reinforcedmolding compounds (e.g. chalk filled or glass fiberreinforced molding compounds). 40、5 Anforderungen 5.1 Herstellung und Beschaffenheit der Flaschenprobekrper Die Probekrper (Flaschenprobekrper oderextrudierte Probekrper) sind nach ISO 15853herzustellen. Sie mssen frei von Blasen, Lunkernund Inhomogenitten sein, die die Funktionbeeintrchtigen. Eine Einfrbung der Flaschen-probekrper

41、muss durchgehend gleichmig sein. Die Probekrper mssen eine glatte Innen- undAuenflche haben. Geringfgig wellige Rillen unddadurch bedingte Ungleichmigkeiten in derWanddicke sind zulssig, soweit dieNennwanddicke nicht unterschritten wird.Unzulssig sind in jedem Fall scharfkantige Rillenund Mulden (ei

42、ngefallene Stellen). Die Prfungerfolgt nach 6.1. 5 Requirements 5.1 Preparation and appearance of the tubular test pieces The test pieces (tubular test pieces or extrudedtest pieces) shall be produced according toISO 15853 using the injection-moulding process.They shall be free of blow holes, caviti

43、es andinhomogenities, which are able to affect thefunction. Colouring shall be solid and uniform. The internal and external surfaces of the test piecesshall be smooth. A marginal rippled surface andthereby caused inequalities in the wall thicknessare acceptable, as far as the nominal wall thicknesss
