2、 co-operation and exchange of information among its member countries on all matters relating to the art and science of lighting. Its membership consists of the National Committees in about 40 countries. The objectives of the CIE are: 1. To provide an international forum for the discussion of all mat

3、ters relating to the science, technology and art in the fields of light and lighting and for the interchange of information in these fields between countries. 2. To develop basic standards and procedures of metrology in the fields of light and lighting. 3. To provide guidance in the application of p

4、rinciples and procedures in the development of international and national standards in the fields of light and lighting. 4. To prepare and publish standards, reports and other publications concerned with all matters relating to the science, technology and art in the fields of light and lighting. 5.

5、To maintain liaison and technical interaction with other international organizations concerned with matters related to the science, technology, standardization and art in the fields of light and lighting. The work of the CIE is carried out by Technical Committees, organized in seven Divisions. This

6、work covers subjects ranging from fundamental matters to all types of lighting applications. The standards and technical reports developed by these international Divisions of the CIE are accepted throughout the world. A plenary session is held every four years at which the work of the Divisions and

7、Technical Committees is reported and reviewed, and plans are made for the future. The CIE is recognized as the authority on all aspects of light and lighting. De maintenir une liaison et une collaboration technique avec les autres organisations internationales concernes par des sujets relatifs la science, la technologie, la normalisation et lart dans les domaines

Die Ziele der CIE sind: 1. Ein internationales Forum fr Diskussionen aller Fragen auf dem Gebiet der Wissenschaft, Technik und K

Grundnormen und Verfahren der Messtechnik auf dem Gebiet der Lichttechnik zu entwickeln. 3. Richtlinien fr die Anwendung von Prinzipien und Vorgngen in der Entwicklung internationaler

17、 und nationaler Normen auf dem Gebiet der Lichttechnik zu erstellen. 4. Normen, Berichte und andere Publikationen zu erstellen und zu verffentlichen, die alle Fragen auf dem Gebiet der Wissenschaft, Technik und Kunst der Lichttechnik betreffen. 5. Liaison und technische Zusammenarbeit mit anderen in

18、ternationalen Organisationen zu unterhalten, die mit Fragen der Wissenschaft, Technik, Normung und Kunst auf dem Gebiet der Lichttechnik zu tun haben. Die Arbeit der CIE wird durch Technische Komitees geleistet, die in sieben Divisionen organisiert sind. Diese Arbeit betrifft Gebiete mit grundlegend

19、em Inhalt bis zu allen Arten der Lichtanwendung. 35、c radiation that provides the stimulus for vision, we now know conclusively that ocular detection of this signal also has many other physiological and psychological effects in humans and other organisms. This knowledge has led some to argue for rapid adoption of lighting recommendations that incorpo

36、rate “lighting for health” elements, whereas others have argued that a more cautious approach would be wiser. CIE created Technical Committee 3-46 to outline a research agenda that could lead to evidence-based recommendations for healthful interior lighting within the context of delivering good ligh

37、ting quality. The starting point for this work was CIE publication 158:2004/2009 and its five principles for healthy lighting. Although not a comprehensive review of the literature on this vast topic, this report summarizes the state of knowledge at the time of publication and identifies gaps in our

38、 understanding that in the view of the committee ought to be filled in order to support safe and beneficial future uses of light. The report delivers a research roadmap of questions in themed groups: Fundamental Processes, Daily Pattern, Longer Patterns, Application, Application Specific, and Indivi

39、dual Differences. The roadmap indicates the ease with which each question might be answered and its importance to lighting application in the short term. 41、te connaissance a conduit certains plaider en faveur dune adoption rapide de recommandations dclairage intgrant des aspects clairage pour la sant humaine , alors que dautres ont fait valoir quune approche plus prudente serait plus sage. La CIE a cr le Comit Technique 3-46 avec comme objectif de dfin

42、ir un programme de recherches menant des recommandations bases sur des preuves scientifiques, permettant dobtenir un clairage intrieur de qualit respectueux de la sant humaine. Le point de dpart de ce travail a t la publication CIE 158:2004/2009 et ses cinq principes pour un clairage sain. Bien que

43、ne reprsentant pas une revue exhaustive de la littrature sur ce vaste sujet, le prsent rapport rsume ltat des connaissances au moment de sa publication et identifie les lacunes des connaissances actuelles qui, de lavis du comit, devraient tre combles afin de proposer une utilisation sre et bnfique d

Diese Kenntnis hat manche dazu gebracht, fr eine CIE 218:2016 VI schnelle Einfhrung von Beleuchtungsempfehlungen zu argumentieren, welche “Beleuchtung fr Gesundheit” beinhalten, whrend andere argumentierten, dass ein behutsamerer Ansatz sinnvoller wre. CIE hat das
