REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Material. - Materials shall be in accordance with the applicable drawing and specification. 3.2 Assembly. - The M132 Practice, Mine Dispersing Sub- system Aircraft shall comp

9、ly with all requirements specified on drawings 9296700 and 9296697 as applicable, all associated drawings and with all requirements specified in applicable specifications. 3.3 Workmanship. - All parts and assemblies shall be fab- ricated and finished (or fabricated and loaded) in a thorough workmanl

10、ike manner, and all manufacturing, processing, and assembly operations shall be correctly performed, They shall be clean and free of burrs, sharp edges, unblended radii, surface defects, chips, dirt, grease and oil (except where specifically required), corrosion products and other foreign matter. an

QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS 4.1 Responsibility for Inspection and Standard Qualitx Assurance Provisions. - Unless otherwise specified herein or in the contract, the provisions of MIL-A-48078 shall apply and a

Any dispenser c

22、lassed defective shall be remov.ed from the lot, 4.4,3.2 Intervalometer test (dwg. 9296700) - Major A Defect, - Each dispenser lot shall be tested 100 percent for the specified requirements in accordance with 4.5.2. All dispensers classed defective shall be removed from the lot. 4,4.3.3 Container Le

23、ak Test (dwg, 9298966) - Major A Defect . - Each completed CNU-79/E container assembly shall be tested for the specified requirement in accordance with 4.5.3. removed from the lot, Any container assembly classed defective shall be 4.4.4 Inspection Equipment . - The inspection equipment required to p

24、erform the inspections and tests prescribed in this specification is identified in the Paragraph Reference/ Inspection Method column in the tables starting with para- graph 4.4.2.1, and the test method paragraphs (see 4.5). The contractor shall submit for approval, inspection equip- ment designs in

25、accordance with the terms of the contract. See Section 6 of MIL-A-48078, and 6.3 herein. 4.5.1 Dispenser resistance, - Each dispenser shall be tested for the specified resistance using the U.S.A.F, test, Set No, 24 AET-79 (Bomb, Dispenser test set), dwg. 9209981. Any dispenser failing to comply with

26、 all of the specified requirements shall be classed defective. Testing is non- destructive and only accepted dispensers shall be returned . to the lot. 4.5,2 Intervalometer test. Each dispenser shall be tested for the specified requirement using the U.S.A.F. test Set No. 24 AET-80 (Intervalometertes

27、t set), dwg. 9289146. Any dlspenser failing to comply with all of the specified requirements shall be classed defective. 30、vel A. - The dispenser assembly shall be preserved, packed and marked in accordance with dwg. 9298966. 5.1.1.2 Packing. - The dispenser assembly shall be packed in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, CFR 49 Parts 100-199. 5.1.2 Canisters and Reload Kits, e 5.1.2.1 Level A. - The caniste

31、r assemblies and reload kits shall be preserved packed and marked in accordance with dwg. 929669 7. 5.1.2.2 Packing. - The canister assemblies shall be packed in the reload kit in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulation, CFR 49, Parts 100-199. are shipped, each lot shall be kept separate and
