28、ers, and palletized unit loads shall be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129 or ASTM D 3951, as applicable. 6.2: Add the following new subparagraphs: “(f) Issue of DODISS to be cited in the solicitation, and if required, the specific issue of individual documents referenced (see 2.1.1 and 2.2).
