Permanent faults are shown by the signal lamp. It has to be guarante

15、o hours at approx. 90 C. 100 mm of thin wire samples are laid arouni! a thicker blank wire and, subsequently, are smeared with an aqueous graphite dispersion. The dielectrical loss factor is metered between the conductor and the graphite covering. For this purpose, a suitable measuring outfit which supplies a sinusoidal measuring voltage up to 50 V with a frequency of 1 Kcs is used. Two tests are conducted. . .- .-e -
