28、en letzten Jahren infolge des Erneuerbare-Energien-Ge-setzes (EEG) deutlich zugenommen. Dies gilt sowohl fr Anlagen mit Co-Fermentation (das heit gemein-same Vergrung von Stoffstrmen unterschiedlicher Herkunft) als auch fr Systeme zur Monovergrung bestimmter Stoffstrme (z. B. Glle). Bei der Ausle-gu

29、ng und der betrieblichen Optimierung derartiger Anlagen werden dabei im Allgemeinen die Betriebs-ergebnisse aus entsprechenden Gr- und anderen Ver-suchen zusammen mit Daten und Informationen so-wie Erfahrungswissen aus vorhandenen Anlagen herangezogen. Whrend Vergrungssubstrate aus der Agrarproduk-t

30、ion immer noch eine erkennbare Konstanz in der qualitativen Zusammensetzung der relevanten Stoff-strme aufweisen, ist dies fr industrielle und ge-werbliche organische Nebenprodukte und kommu-nale Bioabflle, Grnabflle sowie angereicherte or-ganische Fraktionen aus Gemischt- und Restmll nicht mehr der

31、 Fall. Gleiche Begriffe der Abfalltermi-nologie und formal gleiche Werte der standardanaly-tisch ermittelten stofflichen Qualittsparameter fh-ren zu in weiten Bereichen unterschiedlichen Ergeb-nissen der Vergrung und des Biogasertrags.Eine verfahrenstechnische Bearbeitung solcher Ver-grungsprojekte

32、erfordert deshalb eine vereinheit-lichte, belastbare Methodik zur Ermittlung und Be-wertung der Voraussetzungen fr den effizienten Ein-satz der Vergrung als Behandlungstechnologie.Die Ergebnisse der bisher im Labor durchgefhrten Vergrungsversuche sind jedoch nicht ohne Weiteres interpretierbar, da o

33、ft jeweils unterschiedliche Ver-suchsbedingungen zugrunde gelegt werden und be-stimmte Begriffe bisher zum Teil nicht klar voneinan-der abgegrenzt sind. Zustzlich sind die von verschie-denen Institutionen erarbeiteten und teilweise auch publizierten Ergebnisse bestimmter Gren, die die vergrungstechn

34、ischen Eigenschaften verfgbarer Substrate kennzeichnen, meist nicht direkt vergleich-bar. Grund dafr sind oft unterschiedliche Methoden und Verfahren, die gleiche Stoffkenngre zu mes-sen. Hinzu kommt, dass die Biogassubstrate von ver-schiedenen Personen oft unterschiedlich beschrieben werden und dad

35、urch eine zielorientierte Kommuni-kation zwischen dem Verarbeiter und dem Lieferan-ten derartiger Stoffe erschwert wird. Auerdem kn-nen nur dann vergleichbare Ergebnisse erzielt wer-den, wenn nach einheitlichen Richtlinien reprsenta-tive Proben aus den jeweiligen Stoffstrmen genom-men werden.Introdu

36、ctionIn recent years there has been a considerable increase in the production and use of biogas as a result of the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG). This act ap-plies not only to installations which include co-fer-mentation (that is, simultaneous fermentation of ma-terial flows of different origin

37、s) but also to systems for the mono-fermentation of particular material flows (such as semi-liquid manure). In the design and operational optimisation of installations of this kind, reference is generally made to the operating results obtained from corresponding fermentation and other tests together

38、 with data and information from exist-ing plants as also the practical experience gained from these.Whereas nowadays, fermentation substrates from ag-ricultural production still exhibit recognisable con-stancy in the qualitative composition of the relevant material flows, this is no longer the case

39、for industrial and commercial organic waste products and munici-pal biowaste, green waste and enriched organic frac-tions from mixed and residual waste. Identical meth-ods of waste terminology and formally identical val-ues of the substance quality parameters obtained us-ing standard analytical meth

40、ods, lead across a wide range of situations to different results in terms of fer-mentation and biogas yield.A process engineering approach to the handling of such fermentation projects, therefore, requires a uni-fied, resilient methodology for determining and eval-uating the prerequisites for effici

41、ent use of fermenta-tion as a treatment technology.However, results from the fermentation tests which have so far been conducted in the laboratory cannot simply be interpreted since these tests are often based on different test conditions and in some cases certain terms have not as yet been clearly

42、demarcated from each other. On the other hand, the results obtained by various institutions (some of which have also been published) for certain parameters characterising the fermentational properties of the substrates available cannot in most cases be compared directly this is on account of the fre

43、quently different methods and pro-cedures used for measuring one and the same mate-rial parameter. In addition it should be mentioned that biogas substrates are often described differently by different people, thus making it more difficult for the processor and the supplier of such materials to com-

44、municate efficiently. Another problem area is that it is not possible to obtain comparable results unless sam-ples defined as representative by standard guidelines are taken from the corresponding material flows. 46、tausdehnung in diesem Bereich. Um diesem Missstand abzuhelfen, stellt die vorliegende Richtlinie Regeln und Vorgaben fr die Praxis bereit, die Lsungsanstze und Hinweise fr die angespro-chenen offenen Punkte bieten. Denn nur wenn Anla-gen zur Biogaserzeugung und -nutzung mittelfristig professionell g

47、eplant, gebaut und betrieben werden knnen und dazu ist eine verlssliche und bertrag-bare Beschreibung und Charakterisierung der einge-setzten Stoffstrme eine wesentliche Voraussetzung , wird die Biogastechnologie ihren Platz im deutschen Energiesystem finden. Dazu soll die vorliegende Richtlinie bei

48、tragen. 1 AnwendungsbereichDiese Richtlinie vermittelt Regeln zur Beurteilung der Vergrbarkeit von organischen Stoffen und der notwendigen Ausrstung der entsprechenden Ver-suchsanordnungen. Zuvor werden jedoch wesentli-che Begriffe definiert. Auch gibt die Richtlinie Hin-weise zur Charakterisierung

49、und damit zur Be-schreibung der Substrate und macht Vorgaben, wie bestimmte, die Biogassubstrate kennzeichnende Gr-en nach dem aktuellen Stand der Technik jeweils zu messen sind, um eine Vergleichbarkeit zu gewhrleis-ten. Zustzlich werden Hinweise gegeben, wie aus unterschiedlichen Stoffstrmen eine reprsentative Probe genommen werden sollte. Zusammengefasst werden damit in der hier vorliegenden Richtlinie fol-gende Aspekte behandel
