11、immungsmengenein wesentlicher Erfolgsfaktor in der logistischenKette vom Produzenten zum Verbraucher.Zum Einsatz kommen dabei Systeme in den verschie-densten Ausprgungen.Ziel dieser Richtlinie ist die klare Begriffsbestim-mung der als AKL“ bezeichneten Systeme und de-ren technisch/logistischer Rahme

12、nparameter als Ba-sisdokument fr Betreiber, Hersteller und Planer.Mit dieser Ausgabe werden die Richtlinien VDI 3630Blatt 1 (1991-06) und VDI 3630 Blatt 2 (1991-06)zurckgezogen.1 DefinitionUnter dem Begriff AKL (Automatisches Kleinteile-lager) werden Systeme verstanden, die Produkte inder Regel in n

13、ormierten Ladehilfsmitteln (Behlter,Tablare, Kartons etc.) in einem automatisierten Pro-zess transportieren und lagern. AKL-Systeme sindzudem typisiert durch den Einsatz von in der Regel indrei Achsen gesteuerten Lagermaschinen zur Bedie-nung von Regalen.Das Spektrum der maximalen Bruttonutzlasten v

14、onAKL-Systemen betrgt bei Behltern und Kartons ca.50 kg und bei Tablaren ca. 300 kg.2 AbgrenzungNicht Gegenstand dieser Richtlinie und somit per De-finition kein AKL-System sind:Roboterbediente LagersystemeVerteilwagenbediente SystemePaternoster/ShuttlesystemeKarussell-/UmlaufsystemeEbenso gehren Sy

15、steme mit Bruttolasten 300 kg sowie Systeme ohne Lagerfunktionnicht unter den Begriff AKL.AKL-Systeme lassen sich nicht durch Lagergre(Abmessungen) und Lagervolumen abgrenzen.Preliminary noteThe use of automatic storage systems for small pa-cking units is a decisive success factor in the logisticsch

16、ain from producer to consumer, considering thestrongly increasing demands on highly dynamic, effi-cient distribution structures with very small definedquantities.Systems with most different characteristics are usedin this field.The objective of this guideline is to clearly define thesystems called “

17、automatic miniload warehouse” andtheir technical/logistic basic parameters so as to pro-vide a basis for operators, manufacturers and plan-ners.This guideline supersedes the guidelines VDI 3630Part 1 (1991-06) and VDI 3630 Part 2 (1991-06).1 DefinitionThe term “automatic miniload warehouses” denotes

18、systems that combine the transport and storage ofproducts usually kept in standardised loading aids(containers, trays, cartons, etc.) in an automatedprocess. Automatic miniload warehouse are further-more characterised by the use of storage and retrievalmachines, usually controlled in three axes, whi

19、ch de-posit loads in, and pick loads from, the racks.The maximum rated gross loads of automaticminiload warehouse range from approx. 50 kg forcontainers and cartons to approx. 300 kg for trays. 2 Exclusion from the scope of this guidelineThe following systems are not dealt with in thisguideline; the

20、refore, by definition, they are not auto-matic miniload warehouse:Robot-operated storage systemsSystems operated by transfer carsPaternoster/shuttle systemsCarousel/rotary systemsFurthermore, systems with gross loads 300 kg as well as systems without storage functionare not covered by the term “auto

Beim Einlagervor-gang wird eine Ladeeinheit von einem Be

31、reitstell-platz fr Einlagerungspunkt (EP) vom RBG mittelsLAM aufgenommen, zu einem vorgegebenen Einla-gerfach transportiert und in das Regal eingelagert.Der Auslagervorgang geschieht in umgekehrter Rei-henfolge. Die Ladeeinheit wird aus dem Regalfachaufgenommen, zum Bereitstellplatz fr Auslage-rungs

35、e (SRM)The SRM stores unit loads in, and retrieves themfrom, the racking system. The storage operation con-sists in the SRM picking a unit load from the inputpoint by means of a load handling device, transport-ing it to a defined storage compartment and placing itin the rack.The retrieval operation

36、is performed in reverse order.The unit load is picked from the racking compart-ment, transported to the output point and depositedthere. Alternatively, the unit load can also be handedover to another target destination, e. g. to an order-picking compartment.The storage/retrieval machine performs mov

37、ementsin the three axes x, y, z.The axes are defined as follows:4.2 Loading aids/load handling devicesThe availability of an automatic miniload warehouselargely depends on the characteristics of the loadingaids (container, carton or tray). Considering the wide variety of dimensions and qual-ities of
