Grundstzlich stehen verschiedene Technologien zur Verfgung, z. B. manuelle Verfahren, mechanische Verfahren, chemische Verfahren und thermische Verfahren.Fr die

18、 Aufbereitung sind hauptschlich die mecha-nischen Verfahren relevant, sie werden daher nach-folgend in dieser Richtlinie charakterisiert. 22、ed on the internet at www.vdi.de/2343.IntroductionElectrical/electronic devices are products composed of a complex of different materials such as plastics, metals, glass, and ceramic materials,which can, in some cases, have properties hazardous to the environment.The task of preparation of pre-treat

23、ed electrical/elec-tronic devices consists in recovering their materials for the economic cycle, fulfilling preconditions for meeting legally required recycling quotas, and reduc-ing waste and refuse 52. In principle, a range of dif-ferent technologies are available here, e. g. manual procedures, me

24、chanical procedures, chemical procedures, and thermal procedures.It is mainly mechanical procedures that are relevant to preparation. Therefore it is these that the present guideline will describe. Manual procedures are dis-cussed in more detail in VDI 2343 Part 3. Chemical and thermal procedures ar

25、e described in VDI 2343 Part 5, which is still in preparation. 27、rwertungswege ein wirtschaftliches Ergebnis si-cherstellen.1 AnwendungsbereichDie vorliegende Richtlinie wendet sich an alle am Produkt- und Materialkreislauf beteiligten Gruppen (z. B. Gesetzgeber, Hersteller, Hndler, Importeure, Produktanwender oder Entsorger). Der Zweck dieser Richtlinie ist es,

28、konkrete Hand-lungsanweisungen und Empfehlungen (z. B. Min-deststandards) fr die Aufbereitung von Elek-tro(nik)altgerten zu geben, um Fehlinvestitionen zu vermeiden und neue Rationalisierungs- und Investi-tionspotenziale zu erschlieen.2 Ziele der AufbereitungAufbereitung von Elektro(nik)gerten und/o

29、der Fraktionen umfasst im Wesentlichen das Zerkleinern, Klassieren und Sortieren in entsprechenden Aufbe-reitungsanlagen. Die Zielsetzung liegt in der Abtren-nung von Schad- und Strstoffen nach technischen und rechtlichen Vorgaben sowie die Herstellung von Stoffstrmen zur Verwertung und/oder schadlo

30、sen Beseitigung.Die Aufbereitung schliet an eine Erstbehandlung/Demontage an, in der funktionsfhige Gerte und Bauteile (siehe VDI 2343 Blatt 7) sowie umweltge-fhrdende Stoffe und Bauteile (siehe VDI 2343 Blatt 3) entnommen werden 39. Entsprechend sol-len die Gerte und Fraktionen in einem beschreibba

31、-ren Zustand und mit abschtzbaren Gefhrdungspo-tenzialen zur Aufbereitung bereitgestellt werden. Im Fall einer in den Aufbereitungsprozess (teil)integrier-ten Str- und Schadstoffentnahme (z. B. Gasentla-dungslampen, Khlgerte, Bildrhren) findet keine vorgeschaltete Demontage statt 28. Abhngig von den

32、 Wertstoff- und Gefhrdungspoten-zialen der anstehenden Elektro(nik)gerte und Frak-tionen sowie unter Bercksichtigung der nachge-schalteten Verwertungs- und Beseitigungsverfahren muss eine spezifische Auswahl und Zusammenstel-lung von Aufbereitungstechniken erfolgen 2. Dabei sind Arbeitsschutz- und E

33、missionsvorschriften zu be-achten. 34、reparation must be planned in such a way as to ensure an economi-cally viable result.1 ScopeThe present guideline is addressed to all groups in-volved in the life cycle both of the products and of their constituent materials (e. g. legislators, manufac-turers, dealers, importers, product users, and

35、waste disposers).The purpose of this guideline is to provide concrete instructions and recommendations for action (e. g. minimum standards) as regards preparation of waste of electrical/electronic equipment, thus avoiding bad investments and opening up new investment and ra-tionalization potential.2

36、 Goals of preparationPreparation of electrical/electronic devices and/or fractions thereof essentially comprises their crushing, sizing, and sorting in corresponding preparation plants. Its aim is the separating-out of harmful or un-desirable materials in accordance with technical and legal specific

37、ations and the creation of flows of mate-rial for the purpose of recycling and/or non-harmful disposal.Preparation follows directly on an initial treatment/disassembly in which any still potentially functional devices or components (see VDI 2343 Part 7) or en-vironmentally hazardous materials and co

38、mponents (see VDI 2343 Part 3) are removed 39. Accord-ingly, the devices and their fractions should be made available for preparation in a state that is clearly de-scribable and such that the hazard potential can be easily assessed. Where the extraction of harmful or undesirable materials is integra

39、ted or partially inte-grated into the preparation process itself (e. g. gas dis-charge lamps, refrigerators, cathode-ray tubes) no disassembly is performed beforehand 28.Depending on the potential of the electrical/elec-tronic devices in question, and their fractions, to be recyclable or environment

40、ally-hazardous materials, and taking into account subsequently available recy-cling and disposal processes, a specific selection and composition of preparation techniques must be car-ried out 2. Occupational safety regulations and emission standards are to be observed here. On this basis, however, t

42、Aus ffentlich-rechtlichen Entsorgungseinrichtungen werden Elektro(nik)gerte nach ElektroG (Elektro- und Elektronikgertegesetz) in fnf Sammelgruppen bereitgestellt:1 Haushaltsgrogerte, automatische Ausgabege-rte2 Khlgerte3 Informations- und Telekommunikationsgerte, Gerte der Unterhaltungselektronik,

43、Bildschirm-gerte4 Gasentladungslampen5 Haushaltskleingerte, Beleuchtungskrper, elek-trische und elektronische Werkzeuge, Spielzeuge, Sport- und Freizeitgerte, Medizingerte, ber-wachungs- und KontrollinstrumenteAnmerkung: Gerte und Komponenten aus gewerblicher Nutzung, z. B. Informationstechnologie,

Darber hinaus werden in der Praxis ge-eignete Produktionsabflle entsprechend aufbereitet 16; 29.Im Anschluss an eine gegebenenfalls erforderliche selektive Be-handlung nach Anhang III ElektroG (Vorsortierung und/oder De-montage) entstehen neb

45、en Monofraktionen verschiedene ger-tespezifische Fraktionen.Die Charakteristik des jeweiligen Stoffstroms be-stimmt die Aufbereitungstechnik. Tabelle 1 zeigt typische Zusammensetzungen einzelner Sammel-gruppen.Die Sammelgruppen setzen sich aus verschiedenen Gerten zusammen und sind im Folgenden beis

49、lective treatment which may be required in accordance with Annex III of the ElektroG (pre-sorting and disassembly) yields, be-sides mono-fractions, also various fractions specific to the devices in question.The particular preparation technique applied is deter-mined by the characteristic of the flow of material concerned.
