Damit entstehen neue Aufgaben in Organisation und Durchfhrung fr die betroffenen Kreise. Die Entsorgung von elektr(on)ischen Altgerten muss den ve

16、rnderten Randbedingungen angepasst werden.Mit der Konzeption neuer, sowohl kologisch als auch konomisch effizienter abfallwirtschaftlicher Strategien kommen auf alle Beteiligten neue Anfor-derungen zu. Richtlinie VDI 2343 bietet entspre-chende Handlungsempfehlungen, wobei ihre Thema-tik entlang der

22、e definitive regulations of the Electrical and Elec-tronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) came into force on 24 March 2006. They give rise to new organisational and implementation tasks for the affected parties. The disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment needs to be adapted to the modified

23、constraints. Given this development of new waste-management strategies that are both ecologically and economically more efficient, all participants are now subject to new requirements. Guideline VDI 2343 provides appro-priate recommendations for action, with the topics broken down along the logistic

25、e internet at www.vdi.de/2343.Electrical and electronic equipment is made up of complex items consisting of components and materi-als. These may be worthwhile recycling, but could also potentially pose a hazard to the environment. Therefore, separation of the various components through disassembly i

26、s of particular importance. The objective of disassembly is the targeted removal of recyclable and pollutant-containing components and the recovery of reusable components and modules. Zu bercksichtigen ist, dass sich die Demontage von der Montage durch folgende

29、 wesentliche Fakto-ren unterscheidet:eine groe Vielfalt an Altgerten,nur schwer kalkulierbares Mengenaufkommen,unsichere Altgertezustnde (Beschdigungen, Verschmutzungen, Rost, fremde Ersatzteile) sowieunterschiedliche, zum Teil demontageunfreundli-che Altgertestrukturen.Nach Ende der Nutzungsdauer k

30、ann die Demontage aus folgenden Grnden durchgefhrt werden:Separierung von Schadstoffen/schadstoffhaltigen Komponenten Um Schadstoffemissionen in die Umwelt und eine Kontamination des in nachfolgende Verwertungs-stufen gelangenden unbelasteten Materials zu ver-meiden, sind die gesetzlichen Mindestanf

31、orderun-gen an die Schadstoffentfrachtung zu erfllen. Rckgewinnung funktionsfhiger Baugruppen und Bauteile Funktionsfhige Komponenten, die z. B. als Er-satzteile verwendet werden knnen, werden durch zerstrungsfreie Demontage gewonnen.Anreicherung von Wertstoffen Die Reinheit recycelbarer Materialien

32、 wird er-hht, indem durch Demontage Werkstoffe in Alt-stoffgruppen mit hohen Werkstoffgehalten als Vorstufe zu nachgelagerten Verfahren aufkonzent-riert werden knnen.Gewinnung von verfahrenstechnisch nicht trenn-baren Materialien Knnen bestimmte Werkstoffe durch mechani-sche und/oder verfahrenstechn

33、ische Prozesse nicht sortenrein gewonnen oder Werkstoffanteile metallurgisch nicht entfernt werden, gelingt dies in der Regel durch Demontage 13.1 AnwendungsbereichDie vorliegende Richtlinienreihe wendet sich an alle am Produkt- und Materialkreislauf beteiligten Grup-pen (z. B. Gesetzgeber, Herstell

35、l modules and components.The term disassembly describes the totality of all the procedures that serve for the dismantling of waste electrical and electronic equipment into fractions, through separation and handling (see DIN 8580 and VDI 2860) 10. Note that disassembly differs from assembly in the fo

36、llowing essential ways: a wide variety of used equipment types,the accumulating quantities difficult to calculate,unsafe used items (damaged, contaminated, rusted, containing third-party spare parts), andvariable designs, some design types being disas-sembly-unfriendly.At the end of the equipments l

37、ifetime, disassembly can take place for the following reasons:separation of harmful substances or of the compo-nents that contain them The statutory minimum requirements for pollutant elimination should be complied with, in order to prevent the emission of harmful substances into the environment and

38、 contamination of the unpol-luted materials that are fed into the subsequent re-covery stages.recovery of functional modules and components Functional components that may be used e. g. as spare parts, are recovered through non-destructive disassembly.enrichment of recyclable materials The purity of

39、recyclable materials is increased where disassembly is used to concentrate materi-als into groups of waste with high material con-tents, as the preliminary step for subsequent proc-esses.recovery of materials that cannot be separated through process engineering If certain materials cannot be recover

40、ed in a pure state through mechanical and/or process engineer-ing methods, or material fractions cannot be re-moved using metallurgical methods, this can nor-mally be achieved by disassembly 13.1ScopeThis guideline series is addressed to all groups in-volved in equipment and material lifecycles (e.

Spe-cifically, disassembly includes the following sub-functions 13:handling of objects to be disassembled Equipment to be disassembled
