SCOPE 1.1 PurposeThis document describes the requirements for air vehicle fuel, vent, and propulsion fuel system functional components. 1.2 Classification Components shall be identified by class based upon a temperature environment in accordance with Table 1. TABLE 1 - TEMPERATURE
21、CLASSIFICATION High Temperature C Low Temperature Class T TtTaFuel and Air C A 60 C 3 C 75 C 5 C 75 C 5 C -57 C 4 C B 95 C 5 C 115 C 5 C 175 C 5 C -57 C 4 C C 165 C 5 C 180 C 7 C 315 C 10 C -57 C 4 C T - High operational fuel temperature Tt- High fuel test temperature Ta- High ambient temperature 1.
22、2.1 Non-standard environment: Whenever the temperature environment exceeds the classes of section 1.2, or where unusual circumstances exist, the lowest and highest liquid, vapor, and ambient temperature shall be identified. A component may still belong to one of the above classes if the exposure to
23、a higher ambient temperature (Ta) is transitory and does not result in the heating the component more than 30 C above the test temperature (Tt) for more than 15 minutes total during 10 hours of operation. 2.
