32、e product specified. Include the following:a. Identification of the proposed substitution;b. Reason why the substitution is necessary;c. A comparative analysis of the specified product and the proposed substitution, including tabulations of the composition of pigment and vehicle;d. The difference be

33、tween the specified product and the proposed substitution; ande. Other information necessary for an accurate comparison of the proposed substitution and the specified product.1.4 SAMPLE TEST PANELThe approved Sample Test Panel will serve as the standard of quality for all other water repellent coati
