The sun visors shall be checked for conformance to the latest release status before the test. All deviations shall

21、be recorded and corrected if necessary. All fasteners shall be present, undamaged and correctly installed. If this is not the case, the fas- teners shall be supplemented or corrected. Any modifications shall be noted. 3.2 Test of Product Characteristics. 3.2.1 Test of Performance Requirements. 3.2.1

22、 .i Appearance. 3.2.1.1.1 Fit. The following shall be evaluated in the vehicle according to GMUTS UR-0-1: - Fit to shape of moulded headlining - Fit to windscreen, .e. folded-up sun visor parallel to front edge of moulded headlining - Contact surface on moulded headlining 3.2.1.1.2 Surface Condition

23、. The surface of the sun visor shall be checked for sunk spots, flashing on the side seams and mismatching. Grained sun visors shall be checked and matt surface structure. The surface of the mirror cover and for a uniform mirror sliding cover shall be checked for sunk spots, flashing on the side sea

24、ms and mismatching. Grained sun visors and mirror sliding covers shall be checked for a uniform and matt surface struc- ture. 3.2.1.2 Haptics. Folgende Passungen sind im Fahrzeug nach GMUTS LIR-0-1 zu beurteilen: - Passung zur Formhimmelausformung - Passung zur W

28、indschutzscheibe d.h. hochge- klappte Sonnenblende parallel zur Formhim- melvorderkante - Anlage am Formhimmel 3.2.1.1.2 Oberflchenbeschaffenheit. Die Ober- flche der Sonnenblende ist auf Einfallstellen, Gratbildung der Seitennaht und Versatz zu ber- prfen. Bei genarbten Sonnenblenden ist auf eine e

29、inheit- liche und matt wirkende Oberflchenstruktur zu achten. Die Oberflche der Spiegelabdeckung und Spie- gelschiebeabdeckung ist auf Einfallstellen, Grat und Versatz zu berprfen. Bei genarbten Spiegelabdeckungen und Spiegel- schiebeabdeckungen ist auf eine einheitliche und matt wirkende Oberflchen

30、struktur zu achten. 3.2.1.2 Haptik. Die Haptik der Sonnenblende ist zu prfen und subjektiv nach GMUTS UR-0-1 zu bewerten. Die Hrte ist nach GME 60252 zu prfen. 3.2.1.3 Prfung des Make-up Spiegels. Zur Durchfhrung der Prfung ist der Spiegel aus der Sonnenblende auszubauen. Nach GME 01202 sind folgend

The sun visor shall then be pushed forwards to the windscreen from position X (culmination point + 3“ folding angle) using the tensile / compression gauge and then back again from the windscreen to the culmination point (see Figure 3).
