APPLICATIONThis s pecification was released originally for material used as an engineside dash panel thermal insulator.3. REQUIREMENTSPhysical and thermal property requirements listed below are bas
3、ed on moldedmaterial 13 +/- 2 mm thick with a density of 96 kg/m3 +/- 10 %.Production parts shall have thickness and weight/unit ar ea specified on theEngineering Drawing.3.1 STATISTICAL PROCESSSupplie rs must conform to the requirements of Ford Quality SystemStand ard Q-101. A mutually acceptable C
4、ontrol Plan as describedtherein is required for material/source approval. Appropriatestatist ical tools must be used to analyze process/product data sothat variation in the final product is continuously reduced.3.2 CONDITIONING AND TEST CONDITIONSAll test values indicated herein are based on ma teri

Condit
7、ion at 100 +/- 2 C for 3 h. Record theweig ht. Heat in a muffle furnace at 650 +/- 28 C for 4 h.
