The

20、 series consists of three parts: Part 1: General requirements (IEC 60454-1); Part 2: Methods of test (IEC 60454-2); Part 3: Specifications for individual materials (IEC 60454-3). 22、ontains the requirements for pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes made with various backing materials with both sides covered with a pressure-sensitive adhesive. Materials which conform to this specification meet established levels of performance. However, the selection of a material by a user for a sp

26、 4 Classification and designation 4.1 The products supplied according to this standard shall be classified as follows: type 1: products having properties characteristic of a polyester film of nominal thickness (0,20 - 0,30) mm with a temperature index of 130 C and with a rubber thermosetting adhesiv

27、e covering both sides; type 2: products having properties characteristic of a polyester film of nominal thickness (0,10 0,20) mm with a temperature index of 130C and with an acrylic crosslinked adhesive covering both sides; Page5 EN60454319:2003 type 3: products having properties characteristic of a

28、 web made from cotton, regenerated cellulose or a cotton/regenerated cellulose mixture of nominal thickness (0,20 - 0,35) mm with a temperature index of 105 C and with a rubber thermoplastic adhesive covering both sides; type 4: products having properties characteristic of a polyester film of nomina

29、l thickness (0,10 - 0,20) mm with a temperature index of 130 C and with an acrylic thermoplastic adhesive covering both sides. 4.2 The products shall be designated as follows: Type 1: IEC 60454-3-19-1/F-PET/130/R-Tc/2 Type 2: IEC 60454-3-19-2/F-PET/130/A-Tx/2 Type 3: IEC 60454-3-19-3/C-C/105/R-Tp/2

30、Type 4: IEC 60454-3-19-4/F-PET/130/A-Tp/2 5 Requirements 5.1 All applicable requirements of IEC 60454-1 shall apply to material furnished under this specification. 5.2 The physical and electrical properties of products supplied according to this specification shall be within the limits listed in Tab

31、les 1 and 2 when tested in accordance with the test methods listed therein. 5.3 Thermal endurance When required by the purchaser, the manufacturer shall provide evidence that when tested in accordance with Clause 21 of IEC 60454-2 the product has a temperature index of not less than 130 C for types

32、1, 2 and 4; and 105 C for type 3. The exposure temperatures are 150 C, 160 C and 180 C for types 1, 2 and 4; and 120 C, 130 C, and 140 C for type 3. The end-point criteria used shall be as follows: breakdown voltage: 2,2 kV (metal foil electrode) for type 1; breakdown voltage: 2,0 kV (metal foil ele

33、ctrode) for type 2; breakdown voltage: 1,5 kV (metal foil electrode) for type 3; breakdown voltage: 1,8 kV (metal foil electrode) for type 4. 6 Test methods All tests shall be conducted without release liner, in accordance with the appropriate clauses and subclauses of IEC 60454-2. 7 Marking, labell

34、ing and packaging Unless otherwise specified, all marking, labelling and packaging shall be in accordance with the requirements of IEC 60454-1.
