3、 of products, and assisting the purchasers in selecting and obtaining with minimum delay the proper product for their particuiar needs. Existence of such Standards and Publications shaii not in any respect preclude any member or nonmember of EIA from rmm or, (2) Returns the document to the submittin

4、g party for revision (see Fom No. 2); or (3) Rejects document as outside the scope of ACH. (see Form No. 2, section 3). Documents may not be rejected for this reason or any other reason without prior review and approval by the EIA Genera Counsel. 3.5 An accepted document will be circulated to the AC

5、H Committee membership and a presentation is made to the members in attendance (see Form No. 3). 3.6 The committee will vote on the new tecmology submitted on the day following the presentation, the results being: (1) Approved by a 2/3 majority of the eligible voting members present and submitted to

6、 EIA for registraton numbering and publicaton (see Form No. 5 and Form No. 6). (2) Rejected, and a letter of rejection sent by the ACH chair (see Form No. 2) outlining the reasons. (3) Table by the chair, for later consideration, in wbich case a letter will be sent by the chair outlining the reasons

(2) Disclosure of patents, known or pending

ACH Scope: Develop and mainain engineering standards and publications for tapes, reels, magazines, trays, packaging, etc., for handihg components in production. Also, provide technid input to U.S. national position o

9、n related internationai standards issues and proposais. (4) Submitted in correct f-t (Se EP-7-B and Form NO. 5). (5) Ail dimensions shall be in metric. (6) The technology has been formally presented to the ACH Committee (see Fom No. 3). (7) Technological descriptions of the technology shall be gener

(2) These presentations will be during one of t

11、he three reguarly scheduled meetings held by the ACH each calendar year. (3) Rules for presentation: a) No discussion of price is dowed at any time during the meeting. b) Limite to 15 minutes with 15 minutes for questions for a total of 30 minutes. c) No theatrics or elaborate presentatons.
