Salient characteristics. Shall be Cellulose, Oxidized, Regenerated, USP. Shall

2、be in accordance with the requirements of the USP. All ingredients shall be of a pharmaceutical grade. Shall be a sterile, knitted, gauze-like, hemostatic device strips. Size: 1. 1/2 X 2 inches 2. 2 X 3 inches 3. 2 X 14 inches 4. 4 X 8 inches The basic fabric shall be knitted from spun threads of re

3、generated cellulose, and when properly oxidized shall be converted to an absorbable, nontoxic, oxidized regenerated cellulose fiber having uniform hemostatic properties. Workmanship. The product shall be free from defects which detract from its appearance or impair its serviceability. Unit. Package

4、(PG). One package containing 24 individually sealed strips in flat, heat-sealed, tear open containers, as specified, constitutes one unit. If the product covered by this document has been determined by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to be under its jurisdiction, the offeror/contractor shall comply, and be responsible for compliance by its subcontractors/suppliers, with the requirements of the F

In addition, the offeror/contractor shall comply, and be responsible for compliance by its subcontractors/suppliers, with the requirements of all other applicable Federal, State, and local statutes, ordinances,

9、and regulations. Recovered material. The offeror/contractor is encouraged to use recovered material in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 23.4 to the maximum extent practical.
