A certificate of compliance shall be required from a manufacturer in wder to be listed as an approved source of supply in 6.4. The certificate of compliance submitted to )ESC-ECS prior t
20、o listing as an approved source of su ply shall state that the manufacturers product ieets the requirements of MIL-STD-883 (see 3.1 herein! and the requirements herein. ierein) shall be provided with each lot of microcircuits delivered to this drawing. 3.6 Certificate of conformance.
