2、e by all Departments and Agencies of the Department of Defense. PAGE 1 2.1, under Military Specifications: Add the following: “MIL-T-83193 - Thread, Aramid, Spun Staple“. PAGE 2 Add the following new paragraph: L * “3.2.1.1 Face identification. The surface of the batting filler where the needles ent
