5、 2 1. SCOPE 1.1 Scope. This drawing describes the complete requirements for low ESR tantalum chip capacitors. 1.2 Part or Identifying Number (PIN). The complete PIN shall be as follows: 95158- 01 K H Drawing number Dash number Capacitance tolerance Termination finish (see table I) K = 10 percent B =
6、 Gold plated (10 microinch minimum) M = 20 percent H = solder plated (100 microinch minimum) 2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS 2.1 Government documents. 2.1.1 Specifications standards and handbooks. In the event of a conflict between the text of this document and the references cited herein, the text of this document takes precedence. Nothing in this document, however, supersedes a
10、pplicable laws and regulations unless a specific exemption has been obtained. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Interface and physical dimensions. The interface and physical dimensions shall be as specified herein (see figure 1). 3.1.1 Terminations. Chip capacitors shall have gold plated or solder plated terminat
11、ions (see 1.2 and figure 1). The solder plated terminations shall be solderable when tested in accordance with MIL-STD-202, method 208. Tin plating is prohibited as a final finish or as an undercoat. Tin-lead (Sn-Pb) finishes are acceptable provided that the minimum lead content is three percent. 3.
12、1.2 Operating temperature range. The capacitors are rated for their given voltages from -55C to +85C. They are derated two thirds of their given voltages at +125C. See table I.
