6、es”, Working Group WG 3 “Fluid power systems and components Sealing devices The responsible German body involved in its preparation was the Normenausschuss Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering Standards Committee), Working Committee NA 060-36-73 AA O-Ringe of section Fluidtechnik. After Parts 1, 2 a
7、nd 4 of the ISO 3601 series of standards were published in 2008, Working Committee NA 060-36-73 AA O-Ringe decided to adopt the series as national standards. As a result, Part 3 of ISO 3601, which had been published in 2005, has been published as DIN ISO 3601-3, and DIN 3771-4:1984-12 has been withd
8、rawn. International Standards referred to in this standard have been published as the corresponding DIN ISO or DIN EN ISO Standards with the same number. For ISO 5598, ISO 16031-1 and ISO 16031-2 there are no national standards available. Amendments This standard differs from DIN 3771-4:1984-12 as f
9、ollows: a) Grade CS for critical service has been added. b) Tolerances are now specified for ranges of cross-sections, not only for standard cross-sections, so that customized O-rings with non-standard cross-sections can now be used. 10、ign criteria for standard O-ring applications”. Introduction In fluid power systems, power is transmitted and controlled through a fluid (liquid or gas) under pressure within an enclosed circuit. Components must be designed to meet these requirements under varying conditions. Testing of components t
11、o meet performance requirement provides users a basis of assurance for determining design application and for checking component compliance with their stated requirements. Fluid power systems O-Rings Part 3: Quality acceptance criteria 4 DIN ISO 3601-3:2010-08 1 Scope This part of ISO 3601 lays down
12、 the quality acceptance criteria of O-rings used in fluid systems, the dimensions of which are standardized in ISO 3601-1, ISO 16031-1 and ISO 16031-2. This part of ISO 3601 also defines and classifies surface imperfections on O-rings and specifies maximum acceptable limits for these imperfections.
13、This part of ISO 3601 is also applicable to O-rings to be used in aerospace construction. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. 21、f being unequal to that of the other half, caused by dimensional difference in mould halves 3.11 non-fill randomly spaced, irregularly shaped surface indentation having a coarser texture than the normal O-ring surface, caused by incomplete filling of, and or the trapping of air in, the mould cavity
