5、“Machinery intended for use with foodstuffs and feed” (Secretariat: DIN, Germany). The responsible German body involved in its preparation was the Normenausschuss Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering Standards Committee), Working Committee NA 060-18-01 AA Bckereimaschinen of Section Nahrungsmittelma
6、schinen und Verpackungsmaschinen. Representatives of manufacturers and users of bakery equipment, and of the employers liability insurance associations contributed to this standard. This standard contains specifications meeting the essential requirements set out in Annex I of the “Machinery Directiv
7、e”, Directive 2006/42/EC, and which apply to machines that are either first placed on the market or commissioned within the EEA. This standard serves to facilitate proof of compliance with the essential requirements of that directive. Once this standard is cited in the Official Journal of the Europe
8、an Union, it is deemed a “harmonized” standard and thus, a manufacturer applying this standard may assume compliance with the requirements of the Machinery Directive (“presumption of conformity”). The European Standards referred to in Clause 2 and in the Bibliography of the EN have been published as
9、 the corresponding DIN EN or DIN EN ISO Standards with the same number. Where the International Standards referred to are not also DIN ISO Standards with the same number, there are no national standards available. Amendments This standard differs from DIN EN 12042:2011-06 as follows: a) normative re
10、ferences have been updated; b) Clause 4: new presentation in a table; c) Subclause 5.2.2, zone 1: the requirements are the same whether the loading of the machine is manual or automatic; addition of new requirements for pressure sensitive edge (see 5.2.2.2.2), AOPD (see 5.2.2.2.3), cleaning of the h
11、opper (see 5.2.2.2.6) and feeding assistance device inside the hopper (see 5.2.2.2.7); new stopping time 0,35 s; new performance level d. d) Subclause 5.2.3, zone 2: the former Table 1 “Dimensions of the guard or tunnel” has been replaced by a reference to EN ISO 13857; e) Subclause 7.2 “Instruction
12、 handbook” has been updated (environmental information).
