6、dard includes safety requirements. This standard has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 198 “Printing and paper machinery Safety” (Secretariat: DIN, Germany). The responsible German body involved in its preparation was the Normenausschuss Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering Standards Commi

7、ttee), Working Committee NA 060-23-01 AA Druck- und Papiermaschinen of Section Druck- und Papiermaschinen. Representatives of manufacturers of printing and varnishing machines, and of the employers liability insurance association Energie Textil Elektro Medienerzeugnisse (BG ETEM) contributed to this

8、 standard. This standard contains specifications meeting the essential requirements set out in Annex I of the new “Machinery Directive”, Directive 2006/42/EC, and which apply to machines that are either first placed on the market or commissioned within the EEA. This standard serves to facilitate pro

9、of of compliance with the essential requirements of the directive. Once this standard is cited in the Official Journal of the European Union, it is deemed a “harmonized” standard and thus, a manufacturer applying this standard may assume compliance with the requirements of the Machinery Directive (“

10、presumption of conformity”). The European Standards referred to in this document have been published as the corresponding DIN EN or DIN EN ISO Standards with the same number. Amendments This standard differs from DIN EN 1010-2:2006-06 as follows: a) the standard has been brought in line with the new

11、 Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC; b) requirements for safety related parts of control systems have been brought in line with ISO 13849-1 and EN 62061; c) Annex A “Emission levels of sheet-fed presses resulting from tests” has been included; d) an informative Annex ZA dealing with the relationship bet

It defines additional safety requirements and/or deviations from the stipulations in !EN 1010-1:2004+A1“. The machinery concerned and the extent to which

34、hazards, hazardous situations and events are covered are indicated in the scope of this document. When provisions of this type C standard are different from those which are stated in type A or B standards, the provisions of this type C standard take precedence over the provisions of the other standa

35、rds for machines that have been designed and built according to the provisions of this type C standard.
