12、roden mit zustzlichen Funktionenauf den Markt gebracht. Es handelte sich dabei umElektroden mit integriertem Temperaturfhler, mitkombinierter Leitfhigkeits- oder Redox-Messungsowie Doppel-Elektroden mit einem Statussignal,die spezielle Anforderungen der Anwender er-fllen. Diese Art von Elektroden be

13、ntigenzwangslufig ein Multikontakt-Stecksystem, dasheit ein System mit mehr als den bisher blichenzwei Kontakten. Introduction About twelve years ago pH-sensitive electrodes with additional features were put on the market in increasing numbers. These were electrodes with integrated temperature senso

14、rs, with combined conductivity or redox measurement and twin elec-trodes with a status signal, complying with special user requirements. Such electrodes necessarily require multi-contact connector systems, i. e. a system with more than the two contacts which are common to date. 1 Anwendungsbereich D

Die Richtlinie beschreibt die mechanischen und elektrischen An-forderungen an Stecksysteme fr elektrochemische Sensoren wie pH- und Redox-Elektroden, Leit

Das in der vorliegenden Richtlinie spezifizierte System soll von allen Herstellern von Inline-Sensoren angeboten werden knnen. Diese Richt-linie basiert auf dem Lastenheft, das im NAMURAK 3.6.4 Aktuelle Themen der pH-Messtechnik“

18、in Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern erarbeitet wur-de. Das hier vorgestellte Stecksystem soll die Vielfaltder am Markt erhltlichen Stecksysteme eingren-zen und veraltete Stecksysteme ersetzen. Mit der1 Scope This guideline describes the requirements on multi-contact connector systems and their realiza

19、tion by a six pin plug. They are directed towards process and laboratory applications as well as portable instruments. The guideline applies to in-line ana-lytical measurements in process engineering and considers particularly areas with high demands on operational reliability and corrosion resistan

20、ce. It specifies the mechanical and electrical require-ments to be met by connector systems for electro-chemical sensors such as pH and redox electrodes, conductivity probes, potentiometric measurements and combinations thereof. It is the intention that the system specified in this guideline can be

21、offered by all manufacturers of in-line sensors. This guideline is based on the specifi-cations elaborated in cooperation with manufactur-ers (suppliers) in the working group AK 3.6.4 pH measurement problems at NAMUR. The connector system presented here is intended to limit the great variety of conn

27、-taktflchen 3.2 Geometrie Die Geometrie des Stecker-Interfaces mit Maenund Toleranzen werden im Anhang B1 und An-hang B2 beschrieben. Durch diese Festlegung ist esjedem Anbieter mglich, steckkompatible Kompo-nenten herzustellen und zu liefern. Die Ausfhrungder nicht festgelegten Bereiche der Stecker

28、kompo-nenten und die Kabel-Anbindung ist jedem Her-steller freigestellt. 3.3 Pin-Belegung Die Pin-Belegung des sechs-poligen Stecksystems ist in Tabelle C1 im Anhang C festgelegt. Fr zu-knftige Anwendungen (z. B. Datenbertragungzwischen analogen oder digitalen Gerten) kannTabelle C1 entsprechend den

32、the connector interfaces system with measures and tolerances is described in the Annex B1 and Annex B2. Due to the specification any provider can manufacture and supply compati-ble components. It is left to the manufacturer how non specified fields of the connector components and cable links are rea

33、lized. 3.3 Pin assignment The pin assignment of the six pin connector system is fixed in Table C1 in Annex C. Table C1 may be extended according to requirements of future ap-plications (e. g. data transmission between analog and digital devices). 3.4 Security advice It must be ensured by an appropri

34、ate mounting arrangement that the measurement head is not un-screwed unintentionally when the connector is removed. For ease of maintenance, the entire chain from the sensor to the transducer has to be a unified system. No freely accessible metal parts Contamination by conductive materials

46、cannot be excluded in chemical industry. Prevention of short-circuiting (also to the shielding) due to, e. g., the forming of salt crusts or contact with the medium must be ensured. KCl supply for fluid-filled electrodes with external supply Access to the electrolyte supply and pressurisation of the
