27、chungsverhltnis r)direkt auf SI-Basiseinheiten (hier das Kilogramm)zurckgefhrt werden kann.Messprinzip und technische AusfhrungDas Funktionsprinzip des gravimetrischen Hygrome-ters besteht in der Trennung des Wasserdampfs vonder Luft bzw. seinem Trgergas und der gesondertenabsoluten Bestimmung der M

28、asse des Wasserdampfsund der des trockenen Gases. Dazu wird das feuchteGas durch Absorptionsgefe geleitet, meist mehrerein Reihe geschaltete U-Rohre, die mit einem starkenTrockenmittel (z.B. Phosphorpentoxid, Magnesium-perchlorat, spezielles Molekularsieb) gefllt sind.Die Masse des aufgefangenen Was

29、serdampfs wirddurch direkte Wgung der Absorptionsgefe vorBeginn und nach Ende der Durchleitung des feuchtenGases bestimmt.Das aus den Absorptionsgefen austretende tro-ckene Gas wird in zuvor evakuierten Behltern miteinem typischen Volumen von 30 l bis 60 l aufgefan-gen. Seine Masse kann sowohl direk

30、t, durch Wgungder Behlter vor und nach der Befllung, oder auchindirekt ber das bekannte Volumen des Behltersund der Dichte des darin aufgefangenen Gases be-stimmt werden. Die Dichte des Gases wird mittelsder im Behlter gemessenen Druck- und Temperatur-werte auf Basis der Zustandsgleichung der Gase b

31、e-rechnet.Da eine direkte Wgung der Behlter fr das aufzu-fangende trockene Gas vorher und nachher aufgrunddes hohen Eigengewichts (Edelstahl) und der erfor-derlichen vakuumgeeigneten Ventile fr die Masse-bestimmung meist nicht realisierbar ist, geht mannach der indirekte Methode vereinfacht folgende

34、g gas humidity is one of the few funda-mental methods with the aid of which, in a humid gas,the mass of the water vapour and that of the dry gas(mixture ratio r) can be referred directly back to SIfundamental units (in this case, the kilogram).Measurement principle andtechnical implementationThe ope

35、rating principle of the gravimetric hygrome-ter consists in separating the water vapour from theair or from its carrier gas, and separately determiningthe absolute mass of the water vapour and that of thedry gas. The humid gas is passed through absorptionvessels, mostly several U-tubes arranged in s

36、eries,filled with a strong desiccant such as e.g. phosphoruspentoxide, magnesium perchlorate or a special mo-lecular sieve. The mass of the captured water vapouris determined by direct weighing of the absorptionvessels before and after the passage of the humid gas.The dry gas leaving the absorption

37、vessels is capturedin previously evacuated containers, typically with avolume of 30 l to 60 l. Its mass can be determined eit-her directly, by weighing the container before and af-ter it is filled with the gas, or indirectly from theknown volume of the container and the density of thegas. This densi

38、ty is calculated from the pressure andtemperature measured in the container, using theequation of state for gases.Since the mass-determination method consisting ofbefore-and-after direct weighing of the containerused to capture the dry gas is usually impractical dueto the containers large weight (st

39、ainless steel) andthe required vacuum-type valves, the indirect methodis used in the following simplified way:In the general equation of state for ideal gases pV =n RT, the number of particles n can be expressed asthe ratio of the mass of the gas m to its molar mass M.While the compression factor Z

40、needs to be taken intoaccount when calculating the density dv of a humidgas, it can be neglected in the equation of state for thespecial case of air, since the air can be regarded as dryafter passing through the adsorption tubes. 43、ch unten begrenzt durch die Messunsi-cherheit der Wgung des Wasserdampfs bei niedri-gen Feuchten und nach oben durch die Absorptions-kapazitt des Trockenmittels und liegt typisch zwi-schen 50 C und 70 C Taupunkttemperatur.Die Messunsicherheit des Mischungsverhltnissesliegt bei etwa 0,3 %. Die wesent

44、lichen Unsicherheits-quellen resultieren von der Wgung, Unvollstndig-keit der Wasserdampfabsorption, von der Handha-bung beim Umgang mit den Absorptionsgefen so-wie von der Temperatur- und Druckmessung bei derindirekten Bestimmung der Masse des Gases ber dieGasdichte. Bei dieser Bestimmung ist es un

45、erlsslich,dass sich die Behlter zum Auffangen des trockenenGases fr eine gute Temperaturkonstanz in einem be-wegten Flssigkeitsbad befinden und fr die Tempe-ratur- und Druckmessung hchster metrologischerAufwand betrieben wird. Auch aus diesem Grund istein gravimetrisches Hygrometer kein Gert fr dent

46、glichen Gebrauch in technischen Applikationen.Typische ApplikationenDas gravimetrische Verfahren wird zur Validierungvon Feuchtegeneratoren eingesetzt.4 Psychrometrisches VerfahrenDas psychrometrische Verfahren nutzt den Effekt derTemperaturabsenkung durch Verdunstung von Was-ser auf einer Oberflche
