26、re e.V., Dsseldorf 2008 VDI 3478 Blatt 2 / Part 2 3 1 AnwendungsbereichDie Richtlinie VDI 3478 behandelt die Reinigung von Abgasstrmen, die durch gasfrmige luftfremde Stoffe verunreinigt sind. Vorwiegendes Einsatzgebiet ist die Minderung organischer Emissionskomponen-ten, die mit hinreichender Gesch

27、windigkeit biolo-gisch abbaubar sind, sowie von Schwefelwasserstoff und Ammoniak. Der typische Anwendungsbereich umfasst Massenkonzentrationen von organischen Verbindungen bis ca. 1 g/m3. Das Verfahren dient zur Minderung von Emissionen, die aufgrund ihres Wir-kungscharakters potenziell gesundheitsg

28、efhrdend und/oder belstigend sind.Die Richtlinie gibt einen berblick ber die L-sungsmglichkeiten und ber die zugehrigen, fr eine sachgerechte Auslegung notwendigen Grund-lagen und Bewertungskriterien.Die in der Richtlinie gegebenen Verfahrensbeschrei-bungen sind Anwendungsbeispiele von Anlagen, die

29、zum Teil auch als Pilotanlagen betrieben werden. Alle Volumenangaben fr Gase in dieser Richtlinie beziehen sich auf den Normzustand (273 K, 1013 mbar) nach Abzug des Wasserdampfanteils. Auf Ausnahmen wird besonders hingewiesen.Auf die fr den Bau und Betrieb der Anlagen insbe-sondere geltenden Gesetz

30、e, Verordnungen, Verwal-tungs- und sonstigen Vorschriften und die techni-schen Regeln wird an entsprechender Stelle verwie-sen (siehe auch Schrifttum).Die Richtlinie VDI 3478 Blatt 2 legt den Stand der Technik fr das nachstehend beschriebene Bioriesel-bettverfahren fest. Die Eignung des Verfahrens f

31、r das Abgas der vorgeschalteten Anlage ist im Einzel-fall zu berprfen. 33、nd biologisch ab-gebaut werden 1; 2; 4; 5; 6; 7; 11; 12; 14; 19; 20; 21; 22; 23; 35; 42; 46.1ScopeGuideline VDI 3478 deals with the cleaning of waste gas flows polluted with gaseous substances foreign to air. They apply primarily to the reduction of organic emission components that biodegrade at suf

34、ficient speed as well as hydrogen sulphide and ammonia. Their typical field of application comprises mass concentrations of organic compounds up to approx. 1 g/m3. The process is designed to reduce emissions that, by virtue of their action principles, are poten-tially hazardous to health and/or a so

35、urce of nuisance. The guideline presents an overview of possible solu-tions and of the associated principles and assessment criteria necessary for correct design. The descriptions of processes given in the guideline are examples of applications of systems, some of which can be operated as pilot plan

36、ts. All volumes for gases in this guideline refer to standard temperature and pressure (273 K, 1013 mbar) after deduction of the share of water vapour. Special reference is made to exceptions.Reference is made in due course to the acts, ordi-nances, administrative and other regulations specifi-cally

37、 applicable to plant construction and operation and to technical rules (see also Bibliography). Guideline VDI 3478 Part 2 defines the state of the art for the biological trickle bed reactor described in the following. The suitability of the process for the waste gas of the upstream plant must be che

48、ow separated in the biological trickle bed reactor to the entering mass flow, expressed as(1)Sludge removal flow rateTo prevent salt enrichment of the trickling liquid, a periodical sludge removal is required. Sludge re-moval flow rate depends on the thermodynamic state of the waste gas being moiste

49、ned and on the salt con-tent of the fresh water. It is the ratio of the quantity re-moved to the quantity in circulation. If dust and other pollutants are separated, this must be taken into ac-count when calculating sludge removal efficiency.
