Two motions are required for the user to remove the guard, e.g. a rotation of the guard anddepressing a lever.RATIONALE FOR DECISION:The Pa

4、rticular Requirements for Grinders, Polishers and Disk Type Sanders, UL 745-2-3, does not specifythe construction requirements to address the risk of injury for a guard that is removable without the useof tools.
