It is recommended that Federal agencies use it in procurement and forward recommendations for changes to the preparing activity at the address shown above. The General Services Administration has authori

3、zed of this Interim Federal Standard as a valid except Federal Standard No. 131C, dated March 29, 1968. the use on to S1. Purpose and scope. This standard establishes sizes, designators and National Stock Numbers for diazo paper for the use of all Federal agencies to achieve the optimum degree of st

Existing Government stocks of items with other characteristics shall continue to be utilized until ex- hausted. In those cases where this Federal standard eliminates supply items and the items so eliminated are u

5、nder contract, if the contract can not be negotiated or amended to conform to the standard item, the Federal Standard becomes mandatory at the contract expiration date. S3. Re uirement. This justifi- cation shall explain wherein the standard does not provide for essential needs. The request shall be sent in duplicate to the General Services Administration, Federal Supply Ser

20、vice, Mechanical and Electrical Division, Washington, DC 20406. The Admi- nistration will determine the appropriate action to be taken and will notify the agency. 55. Conflict with reference specification. Where the requirements stated in this standard conflict with any requirement in a reference sp

21、ecification, the requirements of the standard shall apply.
