Source ITU-T Recommendation Q.850 was revised by ITU-T Study Group 11 (1997-2000) and was approved under the WTSC ResolutionNo. 1 procedure on the 15th of May 1998. FOREWORD IT (International Telecommunication Union) is the United Nations Spe

8、cialized Agency in the field of telecommunications. The ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) is a permanent organ of the ITU. The ITTJ-T is responsible for studying technical, operating and tariff questions and issuing Recommendations on them with a view to standardizing telecommunic

9、ations on a worldwide basis. The World Telecommunication Standardization Conference (WTSC), which meets every four years, establishes the topics for study by the ITU-T Study Groups which, in their turn, produce Recommendations on these topics. The approval of Recommendations by the Members of the IT

10、U-T is covered by the procedure laid down in WTSC Resolution No. 1. In some areas of information technology which fall within ITU-Ts purview, the necessary standards are prepared on a collaborative basis with IS0 and IEC. 33、cause is included in a STATUS message to indicate that a permanently established frame mode connection is out of service (e.g. due to equipment or section failure) (see Annex NQ.933). Cause No. 39 - Permanent frame mode connection out of service 2.2.7.2.4 This cause is included in a STATUS message t

34、o indicate that a permanently established frame mode connection is operational and capable of carrying user information (see Annex AIQ.933). 36、uipment congestion 2.2.7.2.7 This cause indicates that the network could not deliver access information to the remote user as requested, i.e. user-to-user information, low layer compatibility, high layer compatibility, or sub- address, as indicated in the diagnostic. It is noted that the particular
