The purpose of this procedure is to evaluate the structural integrity of window regulator components. This procedure covers the creep be
3、havior of regulator. 1.2 Foreword. Not applicable. 1.3 Applicability. This procedure applies to all cable-drive regulator systems. 2 References Note: Only the latest approved standards are applicable unless otherwise specified. 2.1 External Standards/Specifications. None 2.2 GM Standards/Specificati
4、ons. None 2.3 Additional References. Applicable Component Technical Specifications (CTS) 3 Resources 3.1 Facilities. The regulator supplier is responsible for this test, which should be performed at suppliers facilities. 3.2 Equipment. Testing should be performed using a test fixture as shown in App
5、endix A, Figure A1. 3.3 Test Vehicle/Test Piece. One (1) sample. 3.4 Test Time. Calendar time: 42 to 44 working days Test hours: 1000 hours Coordination hours: 40 to 60 hours 3.5 Test Required Information. Not applicable. 3.6 Personnel/Skills.
