SCOPEThe material defined by this specification is a flowable, heat curing, one part epoxy adhesive thathas a high tensile strength over a wide temperature range and is ethylene glycol resistant.2. APPLICATIONThis specificat

REQUIREMENTS3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materi
4、als (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 COLOR Grey, black or as specified on the engineering drawing. 3.2 VISCOSITY (ASTM D 1084, Method “B“) As received 150,000 200,000 (mPas) cP Aged 336 h at 38 +/- 2 C, tested 225,000 (mPas) cP at 23 +/- 2 C, max 3.3 SOLIDS, min 99.75 +/- 0.25 % (ASTM D 2834) 3.4 WEIGHT PER VO

7、/- 3 C for 10 minutes prior to test. 3.5.2 Immersion in Engine Oil, ESE-M2C96-F 9.0 (1300) Expose cured samples for 336 h at 133 +/- 3 C, normalize in fresh oil at room temperature for 30 minutes. Test at R.T. 3.5.3 Immersion in Automatic Transmission Fluid, 8.3 (1200) ESW-M2C33-F Expose cured sampl
8、es for 336 h at 133 +/- 3 C, normalize in fresh fluid for 30 minutes. Test at R.T. 3.5.4 Immersion in Engine Coolant, 3.4 (500) ESE-M97B44-A, and tap water 45%/55 +/- 5% respectively Expose cured samples for 336 h at 133 +/- 3 C in a sealed chamber under air or nitrogen at a pressure of 138 kPa (20
