8、use the Full Title Block (Figure A-1.5). Either the Full Title Block or Abbreviated Title Block for additional sheets (Figure A-1.6) must be employed on subsequent sheets. The Abbreviated Title Block when employed on A4 formats will be reduced to the same text font size as the regular A4 title block

11、3.8 SUPPLIER/partner PREPARED DRAWINGS 3.8.1 CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION Supplier/Partners providing technical data to Ford Motor Company are required to provide it in compliance with Ford Motor Company PRODUCTION PURCHASING GLOBAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (PPGTC) requirements dated January 1, 2004, paragr

To access the PPGTC see https:/ 3.8.1.1 Technical Data For definition and ownership of Technical Data, see the PPGTC, paragraph 16.01. https:/ 3.8.1.2 Level I Technical Data Materials 3.8.1.2.1 All technical data submitted to Ford Motor Company for internal release into a globally accessed r

13、epository may only be accepted by Ford Motor Company or its Asssociated Companies as Level I Material and must be submitted free of restrictive markings, such as “ CONFIDENTIAL“, “PROPRIETARY“ or “COPYRIGHT“ claims, etc. For Level I Material definition see the PPGTC, paragraph 16.02. https:/ 3.8.1.3

14、 Level II Technical Data Materials 3.8.1.3.1 Under no circumstances may Level II Material be accepted by Ford Motor Company for release into a globally accessed repository. 18、cept CAD drawings from supplier/partners only on the Standard Ford Motor Company Formats. Supplier/partner information may be entered in the area identified, enclosed in a box with a maximum height of 100mm and a maximum width equal to the Ford Motor Company title block. This is the preferred option

19、 for Product Engineering supplier/partners. See Figure A-1.8. 3.8.2.2.1 Supplier/Partner information within the prescribed area will contain the suppliers name, suppliers responsible engineering office GSDB code, up-to-date supplier main office contact information and supplier engineering approval a

20、nd date. Part usage, unique revision columns are not permitted, Supplier standards or other external standards not previously authorized by the Ford Motor Company Engineering CAD and Drafting Standards Committee are not permitted within the Supplier/Partner information area. 3.8.2.3 Supplier/Partner

21、 information may be considered optional if a supplier demonstrates to the design activity that it is capable of producing a drawing as if Ford Motor Company had produced it. If the supplier/partner information is omitted, then the supplier/partners responsible engineering office GSDB code MUST be in

23、ethod when a supplier/partner submits a non-CAD drawing. Non-CAD is defined in this Standard as including: 3.8.2.4.1 Hardcopy, aperture cards, Mylar, manual drawings, etc. 3.8.2.4.2 Rasterized drawing data. 3.8.2.4.3 Data that needs translation into Ford Motor Company required CAD format. 3.8.2.5 Fi

24、gure A-1.9 is used when a supplier/partner submits a drawing that does not include the appropriate Ford Motor Company Standard notes. For example, when a supplier/ partner will only provide their drawing, drawn on their format.
