2、he European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations, considering - that CCITT Recommendations provide the tariff principles for the international public data communication services, - that it would be desirable to establish a certain accounting principle to govern the record data

7、be measured in segments. 3. Any accounted packet different than a data packet should be considered as a packet for which a segment is levied. 4.
