ThemethodhasbeensuccessfullyvalidatedinaninterlaboratorystudyaccordingtoAOACGuidelinesfor CollaborativeStudies1onmaizecontaining405g/kgto6732 g/kgfumonisinB 1 and152 g/kgto2619 g/kg fumonisinB 2 .Themethodworkswellwithmaizeorminimallyprocessedmaize(e.g.fresh,driedandmi
