Flexibleanchorlinesshallbesecuredtoanupperanchor pointandshallbeeitherfittedwithanendstoporbe capabl

33、eofbeingfittedwithanendstoptopreventtheguidedtypefallarresterfromrunningofftheanchorline unintended. Guidedtypefallarrestersshallnotrelysolelyoninertiasensing.Ifaguidedtypefallarresterhasamanuallocking feature(i.e.afeaturewhichlockstheguidedtypefallarresterontheflexibleanchorline),thelowerendofthefl

34、exible anchorlineshallbesecured,e.g.byanattachedlowerterminationoranattachmentweight. Flexibleanchorwireropesshallhaveanattachedlowerterminationoranattachmentweightineverycase. Aguidedtypefallarrestershallbeequippedwithaconnectororaconnectorterminatedlanyardwithamaximum lengthof1mincluding,ifapplica

35、ble,anenergyabsorberandconnectors.Ifthefallarresterisonlyequippedwitha connector,itmaybepermanentlyattachedtothefallarresterorbedetachablefromthefallarrester.Ifthefallarrester isequippedwithalanyard,oneendofthelanyardshallbepermanentlyattachedtothefallarresterandtheotherend ofthelanyardshallbetermin

36、atedwithaconnector.Thelengthoflanyard L l shallbespecifiedbythemanufacturerEN3532:2002(E) 6 andbereportedintheinformationsuppliedbythemanufacturer(see7c).Alanyardmaybemadefromsyntheticfibre rope,webbing,wireropeorchain.Thematerialofalanyardshallconformto4.2.2,4.2.3or4.2.4ofEN354:2002. 37、larrestermaybeequippedwithanopeningdevice.Iftheguidedtypefallarresterisequippedwithan openingdevice,itshallbesodesignedthatitcanonlybedetachedorattachedbyatleasttwoconsecutivedeliberate manualactions. AnenergyabsorberforasubsystemwithaguidedtypefallarrestershallconformtoEN355. Energyabsorbersintegra

38、tedinthelanyardshallconformtoEN355,butneednotbetestedinaccordancewith5.2 ofEN355:2002. ConnectorsforasubsystemwithaguidedtypefallarrestershallconformtoEN362. 4.3Locking 4.3.1Locking after conditioning Whentheguidedtypefallarresterandtheflexibleanchorlineareconditionedasdescribedin5.1.2.1andtestedas

39、describedin5.1.2.3withatestmassof5kg,theguidedtypefallarrestershallineachcaselockandremainlocked untilreleased. 4.3.2 Lockingafteroptionalconditioning Iftheinformationsuppliedbythemanufactureroftheguidedtypefallarrester(seeclause7)claimsafeature concerningtheuseunderspecificconditions(see5.1.2.2),th
