Thisfunctionconstitutesanadditionalresponsetotheinformationneedsofroad users,particularlyindenseurbanareas,bytakingint

24、oaccounttheconstraintswhich affecttheroadnetworkorthepublictransportoperators. TheALERTPlusbroadcastingprotocolprovidesaninformationcodingtechnique whichallowstherecipienttorecoverthebroadcastinformationinitsentirety.The transmittedmessagescontaindynamicdata(statuses)whichcanonlybeinterpreted withre

25、ferencetostaticdata(locations.).Tofacilitatebroadcasting,locationsare groupedtogetherinaddressescalledcollections.Bothtransmitterandreceivermust beawareofallelements. ThesecondODAtakesintoaccountbothapproaches(ALERTCandALERTPlus), allowingtooperatetheALERTserviceaswellasanad
