It takes into account recent changes anddevelopments in materials, com
21、ponents, cladding systems and design practice,such as sheeting profiles, surface coatings, fixing systems, thermal insulation, theuse of liners, and alleviation of condensation.Use of this documentAs a code of practice, this British Standard takes the form of guidance andrecommendations. It should n
22、ot be quoted as if it were a specification andparticular care should be taken to ensure that claims of compliance are notmisleading.Any user claiming compliance with this British Standard is expected to be able tojustify any course of action that deviates from its recommendations.It has been assumed
