Scope1.1 This classification aids search and rescue managers inordering resources for search and rescue incidents and to aiddog handlers
3、in communicating the types of tasks for whichthey and their dogs have trained.1.2 This classification is intended as a supplement to theresource typing specifications of the Incident Command Sys-tem2and specifically as a means of typing search and rescuedog resources.1.3 This classification is suita
4、ble for classifying dog re-sources for a wide variety of emergency management purposesincluding both search and rescue and law enforcement inci-dents.1.4 This classification does not attempt to put forth stan-dards of performance or training for dogs or their handlers.This is the responsibility of l
