Asuperscript epsilon (e) indicates an editorial change since the last revision or reapproval.1. Scope1.1 This specification covers requirements and methods oftest for the material, dimensions, and
3、workmanship of ex-truded, compression molded, and injection molded parts manu-factured from PAI.1.2 The properties included in this specification are thoserequired for the compositions covered. Requirements neces-sary to identify particular characteristics important to special-ized applications are
4、described by the classification systemgiven in Section 5.1.3 This specification allows for the use of recycled mate-rials provided that specification requirements based upon thisspecification are met.1.4 The values stated in inch pound units are to be regardedas standard in all property and dimensio

Classification and Material5.1 Product shape and size as defined in the applicablepurchase order.5.2 This specification covers product manufactured as listedin Table S-PAI. Products included in the designations referenceClassification
17、 System D 5204 callouts where applicable.5.2.1 The PAI material used in the product is normallycategorized by type, grade, and class depending on resin andfiller compositions as defined in Table S-PAI.5.3 The type, class, and grade are further differentiatedbased on Table S-PAI, Table A, and dimensi
18、onal requirements,Table I.5.4 Property Tables:5.4.1 Table S-PAI is be used to describe manufactured parts.5.4.2 Table I is also be used to describe products notincluded in Table S-PAI via a cell callout that includes theapplicable Table A type and specific properties.5.4.3 To facilitate the incorpor
