11、ation and legislation. First of all, helpers will be better protected when people are educated to support their actions. One major problem helpers are facing is that the good side of human nature has been overshadowed by selfish concerns. For example, the incident of “Xiao Yueyue“ has attracted publ
12、ic attention because people cannot understand how it was possible that the 18 people passing by had failed to help an injured girl. I think the reason behind this is that people are used to taking care of their own benefits how much time it will take to take the girl to the hospital, how much money
