This practice establishesthose qualifications.4.2 Contractual Relationships:4.2.1 Although testing laboratories may be qualified inaccordance with this practice, it is important for the contractingauthority to consider the relationship of the testing laboratorywith other interested parties

The other interested parties in the projectusually consist of the manufacturer of the material to be tested,the contractor (bidder), the owner of the project (user andcontracting authority), and the architect who serves as theowners agent in pre
