19、repared by the steps of: (a) Preparing an aqueous first extract of Tribulus terrestris L; (b) Treating the first extract to convert furostanol saponin compounds of protodioscine contained therein to spirostanol saponin compounds of diosgenin by BETA-Glucosidase or acid hydrolysis; (c) isolating the
20、spirostanol compounds from the first extract; and (d) adding the isolated spirostanol compounds to second Tribulus terrestris L extract. The resulting therapeutic medication may be formulated into cream, ointments, eye and ear drops. It is useful in the treatment of conditions related to viral, bact
