The requirement for acquiring

2、the product described herein shall consist of this specification sheet and MIL-PRF-6855. REQUIREMENTS: Part numbers: Part numbers for channel described herein shall consist of the prefix M, specification number, specification sheet number, and a six-digit dash number assigned using tables IA, IB, IC

3、, ID, II, and III herein, as show in the following example: M 6855 / 5 - XXX XX X Prefix for Military Specification Specification Number Specification Sheet Number Three-Digit Configuration Number (table IA, IB, IC, or ID, as applicable). Two-Digit Classification Number (table II). One-Digit Length

4、Letter (table III). Example: M6855/5-XXXXXX Dimensional tolerances: Tolerances for channel dimensions shall in accordance with table IV herein. All corner and fillet radii shall be 0.015 inch except as otherwise specified. Tolerance for channel length shall be -0 percent, and +3 percent of the speci

5、fied length. Surface finish: All synthetic rubber channel surfaces shall be smooth and free from pin holes, flash, or any other imperfections which may impair serviceability. VERIFICATION: Inspection and test of synthetic rubber channel shall be in accordance with MIL-PRF-6855, Section 4, VERIFICATI
