1、MiL-C-60 8 O 9 AMENDMENT 2 11 October 1978 SUPERSEDING AMENDMENT1 . 1 November 1976 MILITARY SPECIFICATION CATAPULT, AIRCRAFT EJECTION SEAT: M9 REMANUFACTURED METAL PARTS ASSEMBLY ,This amendment forms a part of Military Specification MIL-C-60809, dated 20 March 1969, and is approved for use by all

2、Departments and Agencies of the Department of Defense. PAGE 3 3.3, line 2: Delete “100 psi“ and substitute “90 psi“. PAGE 4 * Add: “3.8 Tensile load. The nozzle assembly shall withstand a tensile load of 4000 pounds, minimum, applied between retainer tang and nozzle along the horizontal axis of the

3、nozzle assembly without separation or deformation of the components.“ PAGE 15 * Add: “4.2.5 Tensile load. Each nozzle assembly shall be subjected to the tensile load test. Failure of any assembly to comply with the requirements of 3.8 shall be cause for rejection of the assembly.“ * Add: “4.3.4 Tens

4、ile load. The load designated in 3.8 shall be applied and shall register on the dial indicator calibrated to the applied load.“ * The margins of this amendment are marked with an asterisk to indicate where changes (additions, modifications, corrections, deletions) from the previous amendment were ma
