45、fverbundes wird das Klebeband zwischen die Prfflchen(siehe Skizze) zweier Prfkrper aus Aluminium (z.B. AlMg2oder AlMg3 nach DIN 1725) geklebt. Nach dem Zusammen-fgen wird der Verbund eine Minute mit einer Druckkraft von50 N belastet. Unmittelbar danach wird der Verbund in die Ein-spannklemmen der Zu

46、gprfmaschine eingespannt und mit einermglichst gleichbleibenden Beanspruchungsgeschwindigkeitvon (50 5) mm/min bis zum Trennen des Verbundes bean-sprucht. Die maximale Zugkraft wird an der Prfmaschineabgelesen. Es ist sorgfltig darauf zu achten, da die Zugkraftgenau senkrecht zu der Verklebungsflche

47、 angreift.Prfflche: Probekrperlnge (28 2) mm x Klebebandbreite(25 mm max)./Determination of the initial tack. For preparation of theadhesively bonded test piece the adhesive tape shall bebonded between the test area (see sketch) of two test blocksmade of aluminum (e.g. AlMg2 or AlMg3 to DIN 1725). A

Immediately following thisthe adhesively bonded test piece shall be fastened to theclamping device of the tensile test machine and loadedconcentrically to the centre of the cross-section andperpend
