22、ents of the hydraulic clutch actuation shall be performed in a new condition after 500,000 and 1,000,000 actuations at +23“C f 5 K. 3.3.2 The clutch pedal shall be actuatedby hand using the force gauge, as in normal clutch operation. The pedal force release bearing travel = f (pedal travel) = f (ped

23、al travel) and shall be recorded and documented. 3.4 Data 3.4.1 Targets 3.4.1 .I The pedal force friction loss (hysterisis) shall not exceed 50 N. 3.4. I .2 The release bearing travel shall correspond to the drawing regulations. 3.4.2 Evaluation It shall be evaluated whether the requirements specifi

24、ed in section 3.4.1 are fulfilled. 3.4.3 Presentation With reference to this test procedure the results of the measurements shall be presented in a test re- port. 4 Coding System This test procedure shall be cited in other specifka- tions, drawings, VTS, CTS etc. as follows: Exam pl e: “Test to GMI

25、L-7BOlB-24“ 3.3 Prfanleitung 3.3.1 Die Messungen an der hydraulischen Kupplungsbe- ttigung werden im Neuzustand nach 500.000 und 1 .OOO.OOO Bettigungen bei +23“C f 5 K durchge- fhrt. 3.3.2 Das Kupplungspedal wird von Hand mit der Kraft- medose entsprechend einem normalen Kupp- lungsvorgang bettigt.

26、Dabei werden die Pedalkraft = f (Pedalweg) und Ausrcklagerweg = f (Pedalweg) erfat und dokumentiert. 3.4 Ergebnisse 3.4.1 Forderungen 3.4.1.1 Die Pedalkraftreibungsverluste (Hysterese) drfen 50 N nicht berschreiten. 3.4.1.2 Der Ausrcklaserweg mu der Zeichnungsvorschrift ents p recnen . 3.4.2 Auswert
