SCOPE 1.1 Scope. This drawing describes the requirements for a 20 pin, leadless ch
5、ip carrier, resistor network with multiple resistance values and tolerances. 1.2 Part or Identifying Number (PIN). The complete PIN is as follows: 88016 - * Drawing number Dash number 1.2.1 Schematic. The schematic of the resistor network shall be identified by dash number in accordance with the dra
6、wings below (see figure 1). The resistor element reference shall be the reference resistor element used in determining the ratio accuracy (when applicable). 1.2.1.1 Characteristic. Resistor networks are available in characteristic K in accordance with MIL-PRF-914 (see 3.2). 2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS 2

The individual item requirements shall be in accordance with MIL-PRF-914 and as specified herein. 3.2 Interface and physical dimension requirements. Resistors shall meet
11、the interface and physical dimensions as specified in MIL-PRF-914 and herein (see figure 1). Cavity construction using wire bonding techniques shall be supplied only as a characteristic C hermetically sealed resistor network. The design documentation shall be in accordance with M
15、IL-PRF-914 and, unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, shall be retained by the manufacturer but available for review by the acquiring activity or contractor upon request. 3.2.2 Termination. Termination finish shall be tin-lead or hot solder dip as specified in MIL-PRF-914. 3.
