3、t and science of lighting. Its membership co n-sists of the National Committees in about 40 countries. The objectives of the CIE are: 1. To provide an international forum for the discussion of all matters relating to the sc ience, technology and art in the fields of light and lighting and for the in

4、terchange of information in these fields between countries. 2. To develop basic standards and procedures of metrology in the fields of light and lighting. 3. To provide guidance in the application of principles and procedures in the development of international and national standards in the fields o

5、f light and lighting. 4. To prepare and publish standards, reports and other publications concerned with all matters relating to the science, technology and art in the fields of light and lighting. 5. To maintain liaison and technical interaction with other international organisations co ncerned wit

6、h matters related to the science, technology, standardisation and art in the fields of light and lighting. The work of the CIE is carried on by seven Divisions each with about 20 Technical Committees. This work covers su b-jects ranging from fundamental matters to all types of lighting applications.

7、 The standards and technical reports deve l-oped by these international Divisions of the CIE are accepted throughout the world. A plenary session is held every four years at which the work of the Divisions and Technica l Committees is reviewed, re-ported and plans are made for the future. The CIE is

8、 recognised as the authority on all aspects of light and lighting. As such it occupies an important position among international organisations. It is organised in a 1st part, which shows modules

37、for the construction of measurement equations and three more parts with examples grouped with increasing complexity. The 2nd part deals with single output quantities deter-mined from several different input quantities, while in the 3rd part examples1 for two and more output quantities are presented

38、which are determined from the same set of input quantities. Examples of quantities defined as integrals of distributions (spectral, angular, spatial) are presented in the 4th part (this part). 46、IE 198:2011 Determination of Measurement Uncertain-ties in Photometry for determination of measurement uncertainties associated with the values of selected quantities used in photometry is intended as a practical help and guidance and collects modules and examples. It is planned that CIE Division 2

47、will develop more modules and examples for current and newly created quantities in existing and future technical reports, respectively, which will be added as additional supplements. Introduction Part 1 shows a collection of small models referred as 1.xx, which are herein denoted as “modules”. They

48、represent typical quantities (mechanical, electrical, optical etc.) contributing to the combined MUs4 associated with the values of photometric quantities. The modelling of a measurement is affected by the instrumentation, the measurement procedure and the refer-ence standards used for traceability.

49、 Thus, the modules in this part have to be modified to fit the measurement procedures carried out in a laboratory. Part 2 in all supplements shows examples of complete models for single photometric quanti-ties, which are determined from a series of input quantities mainly of different kind.
